Horrible customer service. Breakfast is not worth it $33 usd per person , Derek is the only one who cares for the customers, an this was at 8:30 am

The people were genuinely kind. So helpful above and beyond. Food was delicious. Everything we wanted we got. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Terrible hotel dirty room, racism from staff towards us, ************ happening and staff ignoring it. I’m not able to use the pool and no communication from the staff about when the pool would be closed. Staff also lied about communication. I contacted both the staff and manager at the hotel and emailed Hilton customer services all with no positive response. I’m still waiting for the hotel staff to get back to me as I promised they would.

The facilities are old and the service is very poor. There are no disposable slippers and toothbrushes. We stayed for 3 days and only gave two bottles of water. If you want more water, you have to pay. The swimming pool is also very small. The place is not safe.

The room is nice and the breakfast is rich. But you have to call a taxi to get to the airport and the city center. The fare is $60 or more per trip. The takeaway food is not tasty either.
